suckers!!!

Just today, I again verified another earlier realization in my life...

I've been in the world of employment for almost 5 years now.. been with different companies, worked with different kinds of people and the greatest frustration I've been gritting my teeth on is ---

Ass kissing will get you anywhere!!! And I mean anywhere!! People have gotten promoted, have gotten salary increases and have been sent around the world just because they kiss ass and suck __icks!!!

Its true, call me cynical but it is true and I can tell you that straight to your face. And the greatest frustration of it all is that I AM NOT ONE OF THEM KISSERS AND SUCKERS and I don't get the perks they do!

I just can't do it, I don't have the balls to go about it and I can't and I won't imagine myself basking in the glory of something I only got because I sucked up to people in power.. That is just disgusting and very low!!!

I actually have an entry on ass kissing in my notebook journal at home... That's how much I love them!! Grrr.... In fact, I even coined a "phrase" or "quote" just for them, I'll have to see if I can find it and I'll post it here. Hmmm... If I remember it right, the title was Nel's Twisted Formula to Success and included explicit words in it. I don't blame me though, there is just so much to be explicit about with this topic... Oh, I think it went something like this --

To succeed in life, you have to kiss _ss, lick ____ssies and suck __cks!!

What the heck!! Then I'll never ever succeed in life! I might as well kill myself now...


And you know why, because I don't kiss ass, I kick them!! hahahaha!!

For sure you've heard of the cliche "birds of the same feather flock together" ; however there is also a saying "opposites attract and similar repel" which means exactly its opposite. Legolas oh Legolas...

I’d like to feel young and single again and just drool over some pictures of gorgeous guys today… (technically just 1 gorgeous guy with different looks...) It really started last night while I saw a glimpse of the movie The Hobbit 2 while feeding my beloved kid Izel dinner and I was shouting the whole time when Orlando Bloom (aka Legolas) came out and sashayed with his long flowing white hair, his cool yet noble stance, and his piercing eyes into the scene shooting arrows accurately here and there! Scenes like that just bring you back to earlier pubescent days when surges of estrogen and other hormones are kicking in… (yikes! I mean, what is a girl to do with that, right?) Product Review: Magnolia Pancake Plus (with maple syrup)

I always like to make something from scratch but there are times when I just want to get something from the grocery aisle, open the package, pour the contents and just whip it up in a jiffy! So when I went to the grocery the other day, I grabbed a box of instant pancakes, cooked it yesterday and here is my review. By the way, I have 2 favorite fast-food pancakes - McDonalds with their regular pancakes and KFC with their chocolate chip pancakes, but in lieu of those good ones, this is a definite must-try! PRODUCT NAME: Magnolia Pancake Plus (with maple syrup) PRICE: 31.80 pesos at Gaisano Capital South The instruction was to add 2/3 cup water but I added 1 cup so I can make more pancakes and it still tasted great, no eggs and no orange juice needed. (perfect for those working under a budget) After adding water to the powder, it mixes easily and not a lot of effort is needed to get the lumps out. (yey, no muscle-creating exercise here!)
